Every CurrentBuild PC is completely tested before shipping. If for some reason a defect is found in a product sent to a customer, not caused by the customer, we will gladly exchange or repair the defective component for free for 60 days from purchase. If the product needs to be returned to us for exchange or repair, the customer pays shipping to us and we will pay shipping of the exchanged or repaired product back to the customer. Please contact us by email to return a product to us for exchange or repair during this period. Other than the above, products once purchased cannot be returned. Please contact us with any questions.
After 60 days please contact the manufacturer of the defective component directly. Since we use only leading manufacturer's components, each component has a warranty provided by the component manufacturer. Please refer to each component manufacturer's warranty for their terms. The component manufacturers warranties on the different components we use typically range in time periods from one year to limited lifetime.
